Diving stage for diver training

The diving stage platform frame is fabricated from AISI 316 assembled beams and has an overall diameter of approximately 6.6m and designed for a load of 150 kg / m2.

The man rider winch assembly is mounted against a steel framework against the roof of Underwater Training Facility’s. The 4 wires are guided via 4x longitudinal deflection sheaves and 4x vertical deflection sheaves to the diving stage.

The control system of the adjustable diving stage and the diving stage handling equipment is all integrated in the topside control station of Underwater Training Facility’s.

The roof foundation for the man rider winch as well as the steel framework for the sheaves is integrated in the scope of supply. Interfaces with the roof / basin are part of the civil works and will be discussed in the detailed design of Underwater Training Facility’s.
